To apply to our program, download the .doc application (clicking on the icon will download the file to the default location you have set on your computer). Fill out the form, save it and e-mail it back to us: ChemREU@uconn.edu You may also print the .doc form and mail or fax it to us.
In either case, please do not forget to add your personal statement and recent transcript (unofficial copies are acceptable at this point).

You will need two letters of recommendation from teachers or research mentors you choose. They must be sent directly to us. Your references may use the forms provided by us. Download the corresponding forms, fill them out and, e-mail them, print them and mail or fax them to the address below (you cannot save/e-mail the .pdf form!). |
